Amy Reiff

Everyone goes through tough times in their life where they are ready to make changes. Amy takes the time to understand each client in order to tailor their therapy sessions to their unique circumstances. She has a very caring, patient and calming demeanor. Her goal is to provide a nonjudgmental safe place for growth and change.

Amy specializes in stress, anxiety, illness, somatic symptoms, trauma, chronic pain and relationship challenges. She is well-trained in IFS Therapy, completing Level1 with the IFS Institute, and working closely with IFS Level3 therapist, Dr. Ann Marie. Her superpower is her

ability to offer deep compassion and curiosity to all parts, helping you to unburden the negative beliefs and emotions that weigh you down. Amy is also well-versed in Brain-spotting, CBT and Somatic Therapy.

Amy has spent decades in the health and wellness field. She is currently registered as a mental health counselor with the state of Florida. Prior to becoming a therapist Amy spent 25 years working as a registered nurse.
